On Friday May 9th at 8:00pm WhiStle Radio presents a live broadcast of Open Mike with “Al & Trudy Yetman” at the Cedar Beach Grill. Join us as musicians from Stouffville and beyond get together for a night of acoustic music. WhiStle Radio hosts Rick “Red” Callaghan and Sue Leaning team up with Cedar Beach Grill owners Dianne and Dave Palachik and MC & organizers Al & Trudy Yetman to bring you this event.

Then on Friday May 15 WhiStle Radio launches “Live until Five”, which airs Fridays from 3:00-5:00pm throughout the summer. Each week host Jim Priebe (hey, that’s me!) invites a different house musician who will be playing live music for you. We’re kicking off with Grainne Ryan on May 15 and Marcus Adrian on May 22, and Kim Brown May 29.

And on Sunday May 24 @ 2:00pm join us as we bring you, live to air, the York Region Fingerstyle Guitar Association’sH jam, held at the Earl of Whitchurch.
